Vigorous shrubby vine with slightly angled rusty felt-covered twigs. 3-5 lobed reddish toothed leaves to 180mm across, glabrate above, rusty on nerves & finely arachnoid-pubescent beneath. Small panicles to 100mm long, black berries to 15mm diameter
