Large woody climber with brown hairy twigs. Glabrescent leaves to 300mm x 100mm. Terminal or leaf-opposed inflorescence, brown hairy sepals 5mm x 7mm, outer petals to 35mm x 20mm brown hairy outside & glabrous within, brown hairy innr petals 25mm x 10mm. Fruit ripening orange to 40mm x 20mm
