Tall glabrous evergreen twining liana. Glabrous coriaceous leaves to 125mm x 50mm, tomentose beneath. 160mm glabrous axillary & terminal corymbs, panicles or cymes with bracts & bracteoles, of reddish to white scented bell-shaped flowers to 4mm long x 7mm, pale green calyx,puberulous calyx lobes to 1mm long, creamy corolla, corolla throat bearded to 2mm long, 5 sepals 0.5mm long puberulent outside, 5 petals to 4mm long, corolla tube to 2mm long. Glabrous torulose paired follicle to 450mm long.
