Tall pubescent woody liana with quagrangular pubescent stems, leaves 100mm x 55mm, Hairy above, velvety-pubescent beneath, climbing by recurved hooks, axillary cymes or panicles to 20mm long or solitary yellow or green flowers, 5 villous sepals 0.75mm long, villous calyx tube to 1.25 mm, 5 pubescent petals to 1.5mm long villous outside, pubescent corolla tube 7.5mm long, lobes 1.25mm long, fruit capsule 4mm x 2mm surmounted by persistent calyx
