Liana with teragonal pubescent stems, leaves to 100mm x 55mm, glabrous above, strigose-pilose beneath. Axillary cymes with bracts and bracteoles, pale yellow or pale red flowers, tomentose 8mm calyx and corolla tube to 10mm, pubescent fruit to 6mm
