Dioecious liana with downy twigs, coriaceous glabrate leaves, puberulous nerves beneath, 125mm x 75mm. Axillary pubescent many-flowered cymes or panicles of male flowers to 2.5mm from shoots of previous season, pale orange flowers, 6 outer & 3 inner sepals, 3 petals. Fruits a drupe 25mm x 15mm hairy ripening orange.
