Climbing herb with hirsute young stems. Sparsely hirsute leaves to 170mm x 120mm. Axillary racemes, staminate inflorescence to 55mm long with bracts to 2.5mm long, 5 sepals to 4mm x 1mm, corolla & disc absent. Pistillate inflorescence to 240mm long with bracts 3mm long, 6 sepals to 3.8mm long, corolla & disc absent. Greenish-yellow flowers. Capsule 3-lobed to 5.5mm long x 6.8mm with persistent sepals
