Liana, creeper or rambling shrub with scabrous stems, hairy on young parts, fleshy leaves to 100mm x 50mm, glabrous above, roughish beneath. Terminal and/or lateral cymes, calyx 2.5mm long densely strigose inside, with 4 lobes to 0.8mm wide, corolla greenish to yellow to 10mm x 1.2mm with 4 lobes, fleshy fruit with 2 beaks, 4mm x 4mm
