Lianaceous hairy twining shrub, tree or vine to 10m with hirsute branches. Hairy leaves hispid above, strigose beneath to 120mm x 50mm. Terminal corymbs with spikes to 50mm long of hirsute white flowers to 6mm long in tube, lobes 1.6mm in terminal & axillary spikes, calyx & berries hispid, sepals to 5mm long. Ovoid dull white fleshy hispid drupe to 4mm x 6mm diameter.
