Tree or liana with lenticellate branchlets. Coriaceous leaves to 300mm x 105mm, sometimes black-punctate beneath. Inflorescence to 35mm long, yellow flowers to 3mm diameter with sepals to 1mm x 1mm, puberulent without. Puberulent petals to 2.2mm long. Fruit maturing red with brown spots.
