Slender liane or small woody twining glabrescent climber, creeper or undershrub with striate stems, glabrous mucronate coriaceous leaves to 170mm x 85mm. Axillary or cauliflorous villous racemes to 170mm long of 5mm long yellow flowers, male flowers with innner sepals 2mm long, villous outside, 3 or 6 glabrous 1mm long petals, female flowers with sepals 2mm long, 6 petals 1mm long, glabrous red drupe to 10mm x 7mm
