Fruiting Times
Perennial rhzomatous high-climbing bamboo, scandent culms to 1.5m long, glabrous leaf sheaths, leaf blades glabrous to 300mm x 3mm. Terminal and axillary racemes to 70mm long, spikate inflorescence to 100mm long, spikelets to 15mm long, 1 sterile spikelet & 2-4 fertile spikes on each, klower glume 3mm long, upper glume 4mm long, fertile lemma 5mm long. Fruit has an adherent pericarp. Allegedly dies after flowering
