Large woody liana or perennial evergreen woody twining vine with glabrous or yellow hairy stems, axillary or terminal racemes or cymes to 600mm withpubescent bracts, 80mm x 70mm blue flowers, lobes pale yellow to nearly white, cream throat with purplish guide lines. Twiner, fruit a pubescent capsule to 50mm long with long beak, toothed leaves puberulous above, glabrous or puberulous beneath
