Liana with hairy young parts becoming lenticellate, soon glabrate. Glabrate leaves to 300mm x 130mm. Umbels or panicles with bracts & bractlets 1mm long, of up to 4 yellow flowers 10mm wide, petals to 5mm long, claw 2mm long. Hairy maroon samaras, nut to 4mm across, coriaceous wings to 35mm x 13mm.
