Tall or creeping liana to 25m with coriaceous leaves to 130mm x 60mm. Terminal or axillary inflorescence to 80mm x 60mm of 30mm dia. flowers, 4 sepals glabrous outside to 10mm x 8mm and 3-4 white or greenish white petals. Fruit a 10mm dia. capsule with a beak to 3mm long
