Perennial twining nearly glabrous or hairy woody climber or creeper with dense yellow tomentum, trifoliolate leaves pubescent above, strigose beneath to 55mm x 30mm, leaflets to 40mm long. Axillary hairy pseudo-racemes to 150mm of white flowers aging pink or purple to 4mm, 5-lobed calyx to 4mm hairy outside, standard 5mm long, wings & keel shorter, fruit glabrescent hooked pod to 70mm long x 4mm which twists when opening
