Twining shrub to 8m with glabrescent branchlets & lenticellate stems. Glabrous leaves to 200mm x 90mm. Puberulous terminal panicles to 200mm long with bracts to 3mm, fragrant flowers with sepals to 4.5mm x 1.5mm. Green leathery fruit to 40mm x 30mm sometimes with white crust fragments
