Climbing or decumbent glabrous vine or shrub with tetragonal angular radicant stems, imparipinnate ternate foliage hairy beneath, glabrous above, terminal leaflets to 105mm x 40mm, lateral leaflets to 70mm x 28mm. Axillary racemes of 2-4, 18mm diameter white to pale mauve or purplish flowers with yellow centre, calyx to 5.5mm diameter, with 5 lobes, corolla to 16mm with 5 lobes 8mm x 3mm, orange or whitish berry 10-15mm diameter, petioles & peduncles downy. Epiphytic herb or herbaceous climbing vine with adventitious roots, hairy ternate foliage, terminal leaflets to 110mm x 36mm, lateral leaflets to 70mm x 25mm. Solitary axillary flowers, corolla purple 23mm diameter, lobes 12mm x 4mm with hairy margins. Semiscandent shrub to 5m, with ternate leaves glabrous above, hairy beneath, terminal leaflets to 67mm x 34mm, lateral leaflets to 54mm x 30mm. Axillary inflorescences of lilac & white flowers with purple base calyx 8mm diameter, corolla to 17mm diameter, lobes 7mm x 5mm densely hairy outside
