Hemi-epiphytic liana, shrub or tree to 5m with glabrous branches. Bicoloured leaves to 260mm x 140mm, glabrous above white-tomentose beneath. Terminal cymose panicles with pilose bracts, fragrant yellow flowers, flower heads to 15mm high with bracts, 8 yellow ray florets to 12mm long, 15-20 disc florets, yellow corolla 10mm long, tube 4mm long, lobes 2mm long. Pubescent achenes 2mm long with yellow-white pappus bristles to 11mm long.
