Glabrous or nearly so liana with 4-6 angled glabrescent branches. Biternate leaves with 9 serrated leaflets to 65mm x 30mm, pubescent beneath becoming glabrescent. Terminal or axillary puberulent thyrses or panicles to 120mm long with bracts to 1.8mm of 3mm long white or pale yellow aromatic flowers, p[uberulent sepals to 2.5mm, white petals to 2.6mm. Almost glabrous winged fruit to 25mm long x 17mm.
