Rusty-tomentulose liana with 5-6 ribbed striate branches. Ternate upper leaves to 140mm x 120mm, dentate leaflets, terminal leaflet to 110mm x 80mm, lateral leaflets smaller. Panicles to 140mm long with bracts & bractlets 4mm long, of fragrant greenish-white flowers with yellow centre, sepals 5mm long. Winged tomentose fruit to 30mm x 40mm.
