Large woody vine with tendrils, branches fuscous-ferrugineous becoming glabrescent. Pinnate leaves with 3-5 crenate-dentate leaflets to 111mm x 65mm, puberulent or glabrous above, densely pilose beneath. Terminal of axillary densely tomentulose thyrses to 240mm long with bracts to 1.7mm of white flowers, puberulent sepals to 3mm, glabrous petals to 5mm long. Densely hirtellous por glabrous fruit to 24mm wide x 2mm long
