Liana with triangular striate branches, reddish-tomentulose when young. Leaves to 160mm x 120mm with 3-4 pairs of dentate leaflets, terminal leaflet to 35mm x 15mm. Reddish tomentulose panicles of white flowers, tomentose sepals, inner ones 2mm long, petals 2mm x 1mm. Reddish villous fruits 25mm x 20mm.
