Sometimes scandent clambering shrub or tree to 6.6m with glabrous bipinnate foliage, 2-5 pairs of mucronulate glabrous leaflets with white margins to 100mm long puberulent or glabrous above & pubescent beneath. Axillary racemes to 150mm with bracts, of yellow flowers, calyx to 8mm long, sepals to 12mm long, petals to 21mm long. Curved sausage-shaped glabrous brown inflated fruit pods 350mm x 20mm
