Scandent shrub or liana, sparsely spiny, cylindrical beanches with recurved spines to 1mm. Bipinnate glabrescent leaves, 4-8 pairs of leaflets with 14-50 pairs of pinna to 16mm x 2mm. Axillary spike 30mm long with bracts 2mm long of yellow flowers, calyx 2.5mm long, corolla to 4mm long. Flat brown legume to 250mm x 30mm.
