High climbing liana with 4-5 angled glabrescent branches armed with recurved spines to 2mm long. Bipinnate leaves, 16-28 pairs of pinnae, 27-70 pairs of leaflets per pinna, leaflets to 4.5mm x 1mm. Spikes to 50mm long with 2mm long bracts of cream flowers, calyx to 3mm long, corolla to 4mm long. Flat brown legume to 180mm x 30mm.
