Scandent shrub or high-climbing pubescent twining liana with puberulent branchlets. Leaves to 70mm long. Terminal racemes of reddish-purple flowers 20mm long, sepals to 15mm x 8mm, keel 13mm long. Fruit including wing to 25mm+ long.
