Vine-like sprawling succulent glabrous shrub, liana or tree to 7m with adventitious roots when juvenile, sometimes epiphytic, with terminal inflorescence subtended by a bract, of fragrant cream or white flowers 17mm long with lobes at least as long, 6-lobed calyx 10mm long, white corolla with tube 17mm x 5mm with 5-7 lobes, white fleshy berry to 15mm long, glabrous coriaceous leaves 105mm x 55mm
