Climbing, scrambling or erect shrub with glabrous or pubescent leaves to 140mm x 60mm sometimes lobed. Axillary pubescent inflorescence with triangular bracts to 5mm, pubescent flowers to 20mm long, calyx lobes to 2.5mm, yellow or greenish corolla with brown or purple base with a velvety tube, black fruit to 7mm x 3mm
