High climbing subshrub with hexagonal white-tomentose stems. Leaves to 160mm x 60mm, glabrescent above & white-tomentose beneath. terminal corymbose panicles, fragrant flower heads to 9mm x 11mm with 16-18 ray flowers with yellow corolla & tube to 3mm long, limb to 10mm x 1.5mm, 21-25 disc flowers with yellow corolla, tube to 2.5mm long, lobes to 2.5mm x 0.8mm. Achenes to 1.5mm long with pappus to 4.5mm long.
