Nearly glabrous shrub, small tree or liana with papery leaves 75mm x 33mm glabrate above hairy on veins beneath. Greenish flowers in 2-flowered cymes with bracteoles, flowers 5mm long, glabrous corolla with bearded throat, corolla tube to 2.5mm long, hairy inside, reflexed lobes to 3mm long, ribbed fruit 8mm long
