Twining vine with angulate pilose stems. Pilose leaflets to 50mm x 60mm. Many-flowered racemes to 60mm long with pubescent bracts. 12mm flowers, yellow veined purple-violet, pilose lobed calyx to 6mm long, red-purple standard pilose outside to 10mm long. Brown fruit with dull violet stripes.
