Slender grey hairy herbaceous twiner or procumbent vine to 3m, with furrowed grey-downy stems, trifoliate leaves, leaflets with red dots, central leaflet 40mm x 40mm slightly pubescent beneath. Axillary racemes to 100mm with bracts to 10mm, of greenish-yellow or yellow-orange flowers striped red, grey pubescent calyx to 12mm, reddish corolla to 12mm. Grey pubescent pod or glabrous legume 16mm x 6mm, tomentose leaflets with resinous dots
