Dioecious glabrous simple tendril climber with, 3-5-parted glabrous denticulate leaves to 180mm x 70mm, variegated foliage? 200mm long panicles or corymbs of 18m orange or coral-red flowers, staminate flowers with green calyx speckled darker to 21mm x 6.5mm, sepals to 3.5mm, orange petals to 16mm x 11mm, axillary pistillate flowers with green calyx to 27.5mm x 6.5mm, sepals to 2mm long, orange petals to 6.5mm x 2.9mm. Light green fruit with darker green stripes to 39mm x 18mm.
