Fruiting Times

Large glabrous climbing shrub, tree or liana to 40m, sometime epiphytic, with hairy becoming glabrous striate lenticellate branches. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 180mm x 95mm. Terminal many-flowered puberulous corymbs to 200mm x 160mm with bracts to 5mm long, small greenish-white flowers, 4-angled pubescent whitish-green calyx to 2.2mm x 1mm, creamy-white or green corolla to 3mm x 1mm white-villous inside, glabrous fragrant greenihs-white corolla tube to 3mm long with 4 lobes to 2mm x 1.5mm. Fruit a glabrous purple-black or blue drupe to 5mm x 2mm, flowering calyx to 1.8mm x 1.2mm with lobes to 0.1mm x 0.5mm
