Large twining evergreen slightly woody liana or creeper with greyish to dull yellow indumentum, scented 8mm white to cream bisexual flowers in many-flowered axillary or terminal leafy panicles to 170mm long, pubescent or glabrous fruit capsule tan to brown with darker lines to 7mm long with accrescent sepals, leaves glabrous or pubescent above, hoary or densely pubescent beneath to 90mm x 60mm
