Occasional liana, more often tree, axillary slightly villous racemes to 150mm long of white, yellow, pink or lilac flowers, calyx 3mm x 7mm villous outside, standard to 10mm diameter, glabrous woody greenish-brown fruit 50mm x 30mm, glabrous leaflets or hairy beneath, imparipinnate 5-9 foliolate leaves
