Twining vine or scandent subshrub with hirsute stems. Leaves to 60mm x 40mm, glabrous above & pilose beneath. 1-3 flowered inflorescence, white flowers striped brown or pale lavender, calyx lobes 8mm long, corolla to 24mm wide. Follicle to 140mm long
