Large high-climbing liana to 15m or scandent or decumbent shrub. Toothed leaves to 190mm x 90mm, glabrous above, tomentose beneath. Axillary panicles to 200mm long & wide, of 4-10 heads with 11-35 florets, cream or white flowers to 17mm x 10mm, fragrant white corolla to 7.5mm long with lobes to 3mm long. Glabrous achenes to 4.5mm long with white pappus bristles to 8mm long.
