Dioecious shrubby twiner with glabrous stems, leaves 100mm x 30mm glabrous above finely pubescent on nerves beneath, pubescent inflorescen 35mm long male spike to 55mm long x 3mm with bracts to 1.5mm diameter, female spike to 15mm with bracts to 0.9mm diameter, 1.5mm greenish flowers, fruit a red drupe to 2mm diameter, fine pubescence when young, male spike to 50mm, female spike to 25mm
