Woody vine with glabrescent petioles, peduncles and leaf undersides, leaves to 300mm x 100mm. Male flowers in ferruginous tomentose axillary heads, 2.5mm calyx in 4 or 5 segments, 4 petals 3mm, hirsute drupe at least 25mm x 15mm with accrescent petals

Highly poisonous

Used for toxins, ophthalmic surgery & other medicinal uses
