Sub-erect or herbaceous annual glabrous twiner or creeper with trifoliolate puberulent leaves, central leaflet to 125mm long. 140mm axillary 2-3 flowered pseudo-racemes with bractlets to 6mm long. 18mm white, yellow, pink, red or purple flowers in axillary clusters, toothed calyx to 6mm long, white or lilac corolla to 25mm, standard 10mm long, wings longer, keel spirally twisted to 10mm long. Glabrous torulose mucronate fruit pod to 200mm long, green or yellow.
