Strong shrubby tendril climber to 8m with rusty woolly pubescent young parts. Coriaceous bifid brown hirsute leaves to 80mm x 65mm. Lateral and terminal racemes to 50mm long with bracts to 9mm, ferrugineous villous outside, glabrous inside, slightly smaller bracteoles, calyx splitting to 5 sepals 15mm x 4mm, glabrous inside, white petals to 20mm long, pubescent outside, glabrous inside. Glabrescent pods to 80mm x 30mm
