Slender tendril climber with glabrous young branches, coriaceous leaves to 70mm x 50mm, glabrous above, thinly pubescent on nerves beneath. Lateral or terminal corymbs with bracts to 4mm and tiny bracteoles, calyx splitting to 2 or 3 lobes, orange-yellow aging red petals to 15mm long, glabrous pods to 70mm long
