Fruiting Times
Large glabrous tendril climber with rusty woolly, grooved young branches, entire or bifid leaves to 150mm, glabrous above mostly glabrescent beneath. Terminal racemes or panicles with bracts to 3mm and minute bracteoles, 4mm yellow flowers turning orange then red, silky flowers, calyx splitting to 2 or 3 lobes, petals to 15mm with crenulate margins and rusty-hirsute outside, glabrescent fruit to 200mm x 250mm
