Tall scandent woody liana. Trifoliolate glabrous leaves with leaflets to 170mm x 80mm. Terminal or axillary golden yellow cymes or thyrses to 500mm long with bracts to 30mm x 13mm & yellowish bracteole, yellow pendulous flowers, puberulous 5-lobed calyx to 22mm long with 5 mucronulate lobes to 10mm x 4mm, pale yellow corolla to 25mm long with tube to 9mm long & 5 lobes to 5mm x 4mm. Longitudinally ribbed puberulent capsule 8mm long with fruiting calyx 40mm long
