Liana with tendrils, yellowish hairy young branches. Bipinnate & pinnate hispid leaves, 4-6 pairs of serrated leaflets to 200mm x 60mm. Panicles or racemes to 120mm long with minute bracts & bractlets, fragrant white flowers, glabrous sepals 4mm x 2mm. Winged red capsule to 25mm x 14mm, wings 5mm wide.
