Liana to 12m with bifid tendrils, 5-angled glabrate or hirsute branches. 5-7foliolate leaves with dentate leaflets to 200mm x 90mm, glabrous or pilose beneath. Axillary racemes, panicles with bracts to 7mm x 7mm, flowers with green calyx, sepals 8mm x 6mm, tomentulose white petals to 9mm x 5mm. Woody hairy golden-brown capsule to 30mm x 17mm.
