Herbaceous slightly woody glabrous simple-tendril twiner with palmately 5-7-lobed glabrous serrulate leaves to 150mm x 180mm. Solitary axillary scented 90mm white, pale pink flowers with blue tinge and banded blue, white and purple filaments, bracts to 50mm long, sepals greenish-yellow with pink dots to 30mm x 25mm, white petals 30mm x 10mm, violet filaments 13mm long & 50mm in several series, outer filaments banded blue, white & purple. Yellow berry to 50mm diameter with edible pulp.
