Small slender perennial tendril vine to 5m, puberulent throughout. Leaves to 73mm x 112mm with 2-3 lobes. Greenish-yellow sweetly scented flowers 15mm diameter with dull violet centre, sepals 10.5mm x 4.2mm, whitish petals to 8mm x 2.6mm, 37-40 cream to whitish outer filaments to 3mm long, purplish inner filaments to 1.5mm long. Purple-black fruit to 14mm x 11mm
